01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

The shop's namesake signature bowl, Mister Ramen, is built around a classic broth combining the sharp bite of soy sauce with the deep richness of simmered pork bone stock. While rich savoriness lingers comfortably on the palate, the mouthfeel remains light and easy to drink, caught well by supple, thin straight noodles. Thin slices of tender chashu pork, crisp bean sprouts, and a generous scatter of green onions add a lively rhythm to every mouthful.

Double-Marinated Chashu Bowls and Classic Sides

Beyond the noodle bowls, the Aburi Chashu DX Don quickly catches the eye. Pork belly is soaked first in savory dashi broth and then steeped in a house-blended soy sauce before receiving a quick sear over open flame to crisp its edges. Mounded generously atop steamed rice and accompanied by spicy kimchi, it makes for a satisfying, hearty dish. Crisp-skinned gyoza dumplings, bone-in fried chicken, and wok-tossed fried rice round out the lineup, offering plenty of combinations to accompany the ramen broth.

In addition to the flagship tonkotsu-shoyu, the noodle menu offers both miso and paitan options, with each style served in small, regular, or large sizes. The dining space centers on counter seating, and complimentary on-site parking makes the shop a convenient stop whether for a casual weekday lunch or a post-work bowl of noodles.
